The Collective PAC Congratulates Attorney General Keith Ellison & State Representative Cedrick Frazier On Advancing in Their Races

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, The Collective PAC — the nation’s largest political action committee dedicated to increasing Black political engagement, representation, and power across all levels of government — congratulates Attorney General Keith Ellison and State Representative Cedrick Frazier on advancing in their races in Minnesota.

• Attorney General Keith Ellison is running for re-election for Attorney General in Minnesota. He knows how important it is to be the people’s lawyer and fight for the communities of Minnesota; after the murder of George Floyd, the community was thankful for his leadership and guidance through the trials of the police officers who murdered Mr. Floyd. Attorney General Ellison is truly the people’s lawyer for the State of Minnesota and will continue to work toward affordable and accessible healthcare, protecting worker rights, and ensuring a fair economy for all. 

 

• State Representative Cedrick Frazier is running to represent the Minnesota House of Representatives in District 43A. State Rep. Frazier currently serves in the Minnesota House of Representatives in District 45A. During his first term, he served as the Vice-Chair of the Public Safety Committee and served on the Education Policy Committee. State Rep. Frazier successfully wrote and sponsored House File 2900, which not only recognizes but rewards frontline workers for their service and dedication in the pandemic. If elected, State Rep. Frazier plans to continue to advocate for economic development, expand worker’s rights, sponsor affordable healthcare legislation such as the Minnesota Health Plan, and continue to invest in education and public safety.
