The Collective PAC Endorses Three More Candidates to Send to Capitol Hill

WASHINGTON, D.C. Today, The Collective PAC  — the nation’s largest political action committee dedicated to increasing Black political engagement, representation, and power across all levels of government  —  has endorsed a slate of candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives in California, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

California

  • Ms. Aarika Rhodes is running to represent California’s 32nd Congressional District. Ms. Rhodes is a dedicated teacher, advocate for education, and campaign organizer. If elected, she plans to use her experiences to fight for foster care reform, closing the wage gap, and equality in education.

 

Michigan

  • Ms. Rhonda Powell is running for Michigan’s 10th Congressional District. Ms. Powell is a native of Macomb County, Michigan and if elected, plans to advocate for equal pay, accessible and affordable healthcare, accountability within the government, and voting rights. 

 

Pennsylvania

  • State Representative Summer Lee is running for Pennsylvania’s 18th Congressional District. As a State legislator, she has fought tirelessly to lift up movements and bring real change to her community. If elected, State Representative Lee plans to fight for economic justice and union jobs, justice reform, and environmental justice.

The Collective PAC is strategically focused on creating a truly equitable democracy where our nation’s local, state and federal governments have diverse and talented elected leadership and Black people are fully represented in positions of power to create the policies necessary to progress our communities forward.
