In an effort to elect more Black leaders to impactful positions of power within the criminal justice system, The Collective PAC, in partnership with its 501(c)4 affiliated organization Collective Future, is proud to launch The Collective’s Justice For All Initiative. This groundbreaking program will focus on recruiting and supporting Black candidates committed to unapologetically pursuing justice and progressive criminal justice reform. According to the Women’s Donor Network, 95% of elected prosecutors are white and 96% and 82% of Republican and Democratic candidates for political office are white.
The Justice For All Initiative will serve as a key component of The Collective’s work to close the representation gap of Black leaders serving in the following key positions that make and administer the law:
